The main purpose of Sports Massage Therapy is to help alleviate tension which can build up in the soft tissues of our bodies via poor posture, physical activity, and/or emotional/mental stresses.
Sports Massage Therapy uses a range of techniques in order to help prevent injuries in the body, release tension and ease aches and pains that most of us experience, as well as to treat muscle/connective tissue that may have been injured.

After treatment for a slipped disc and diagnosis of osteoporosis I was advised to attend a Pilates class.
