What to expect in your sports massage?

You will have a thorough assessment. This includes the injury history, postural analysis, and range of motion.

A range of hands-on techniques to help rejuvenate muscle function, promote circulation and release tension (sports massage, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, active release). Your comfort is paramount, but you may be asked to change positions throughout your treatment and can be assisted to do so, if necessary. Be prepared that you may need to remove layers of clothing to achieve maximum benefit. We will ensure you feel safe and comfortable throughout the treatment.

A treatment plan will then be discussed with you, be provided with any exercises or techniques to compliment the hands on treatment and we can then book you in for your next session.
