As promised, here is an outline of events at Plym Physio’s Grand Opening Day this Saturday.

Not only do we provide amazing treatment here at our purpose-built clinic, we also offer what no other practice does with our range of specialised classes held in our own on-site gym.

We’re so excited about our facilities and our awesome team here at Plym Physio that we want to show it off and get you to check us out for free to see if you agree!

11.00 – Doors open

11.00 – Physio ‘triage’ sessions start

11.30 – ‘Physi-go mum’ taster session

12.30 – Sports Massage taster sessions start

12.30 – ‘Plym’ Pilates taster session

1.00 – Official opening with Olympians,Tonia Couch, Sarah Barrow, Andy Banks

1.30 – Physio & Sports Massage sessions resume

1.30 – Pilates taster session

2.30 – ‘Physi-go run’ taster session

4.00 – Olympic kit raffle and close

All sessions are on a first come first served basis, tickets will be issued to ‘book’ your slot from 10.30am…See you on Saturday!! Team PP x
