On Thursday 15th February Plym Physio produced our first LIVE Facebook Question and Answer video run by our Physiotherapist Nicola Rutherford, direct from our gym area of our Plympton clinic. We invited questions by email or by commenting during the video, and had so many we couldn’t get through them all!
